1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using ArmoFraud (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ArmoFraud provides AI-powered fraud detection and prevention services for Shopify merchants, including:

  • Real-time order analysis
  • Risk scoring and recommendations
  • Customizable fraud detection rules
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Whitelist/Blacklist management

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be a Shopify merchant in good standing
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the authority to bind your business to these Terms

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans

  • Starter: $29/month (7-day trial)
  • Pro: $99/month (14-day trial)
  • Enterprise: $299/month (14-day trial)

4.2 Payment

  • Billed through Shopify
  • Recurring monthly charges
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

4.3 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues until end of billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer or copy the App
  • Use the App for illegal activities
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Share your account credentials
  • Overload our systems with excessive API calls

6. Fraud Detection Accuracy

6.1 No Guarantee

While we strive for accuracy, we CANNOT guarantee 100% fraud detection rate, zero false positives, or prevention of all chargebacks.

6.2 Liability Disclaimer

We are NOT liable for missed fraudulent orders, incorrectly flagged legitimate orders, or chargebacks and financial losses.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

8. GDPR and Data Protection

You are the data controller; we are the data processor. We process data only as instructed and implement appropriate security measures.
